Foundation construction for the house

The slab foundation construction on Svīres Street includes site preparation, installation of formwork and reinforcement, followed by concrete pouring and curing. Afterward, the foundation surface is finished and waterproofed to ensure its durability and stability.

Pressure Test

Before conducting the building pressure test, all installation works for utilities that cross through the structure (electricity cables, water and sewage pipes, and ventilation ducts) are completed. This ensures that we can objectively verify the quality of the work and the correct sealing of all enclosing structures.

During the test, we are always present to immediately address any issues if necessary. Only after these steps are completed do we proceed with the remaining work. Enclosing structures are no longer penetrated. The pressure test serves both as our internal quality control and as proof to the client that even the work that cannot be inspected after the house is completed has been done correctly.
