Air Recovery
The homes we build are airtight, so such buildings require effective ventilation solutions. Our recommendation is to use a heat recovery ventilation (HRV) system, which ensures air exchange in the rooms through a heat recovery method. This system helps maintain good indoor air quality while reducing energy consumption by transferring heat from the outgoing air to the incoming fresh air.
Modular Home Assembly Process
The construction of such homes is relatively fast and does not require a long project approval process.
The projects offer various interior and exterior finishing solutions, and it is also possible to make changes to the room layouts.
Roofing Solutions
For classic and corrugated roof coverings, we lay them on the Icopal Fel’x underlay, which is installed on a tongued-and-grooved board deck. The Icopal Fel’x underlay effectively channels any condensation that forms beneath the roofing material. The tongued-and-grooved board deck, along with the Icopal underlay, significantly reduces the noise level caused by rain.
